(SASE:4310) agreed to sell a plot of land, spanning 13,049 square meters in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, for 169.6 million Saudi riyals, according to a Sunday release. The buyer is Oud Private Real Estate Fund 4, a private real estate investment fund managed by Oud Capital. In line with the real estate developer's master plan, the property will be developed into a mixed-use scheme featuring residential, commercial, and office space.
