HuggingFace, the world's largest open source AI community, revealed that its server was recently hacked by a hacker AI agent. After the incident occurred, the HuggingFace security team initially tried to analyze more than 17,000 attack-related logs using a major commercial model API in the US. However, since the model was unable to accurately distinguish incident responders from attackers, its security mechanisms misjudged related requests and denied support.
