02:18 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's real estate price index grew 1.3% year over year in the second quarter, following a 1.6% decline in the previous three months, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics released Monday. The increase was attributed to higher prices across the residential and agricultural sectors, offset by a fall in commercial prices. On a quarterly basis, real estate prices jumped 3%, compared with a 0.2% drop earlier.
