The proposed label would cover a single-dose booster for individuals aged 10 years and older who were previously vaccinated with Bexsero. If approved, the booster could help reduce the disease burden in countries with established infant MenB vaccination programs. The submission is backed by data from a phase 3b trial, which showed that a single dose strengthened the immune response in participants who had been vaccinated as infants.
