03:13 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LeadDesk (LEADD.HE) agreed to buy telecommunications company Telia's (TELIA.ST, TELIA1.HE) contact center software platform, ACE, for 25 million kronor on a debt-free basis. The carve-out transaction, which will be settled via cash and credit facilities, includes a revenue-based earn-out consideration worth up to 30 million kronor that will be paid in 2029, according to a Monday release. The Finland-based software company expects the deal to be finalized in the fourth quarter, subject to closing requirements and regulatory clearances. Additionally, the company noted that Telia will keep selling, delivering, and providing support services for the platform as part of the agreement.
