03:14 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MedPal AI (MPAL.L, Z1N.F) completed the acquisition of UK-based electronic medicines management system Solid State Technologies, d/b/a eMARx, for 380,000 pounds sterling. The digital health and pharmacy group paid 133,066 pounds in cash and the remaining 247,000 through issuing 7,272,834 new shares, according to a Monday filing. EMARx provides a digital system of record for medication administration in care homes and pharmacies.
