Mr. Liu Taojiang will be fully responsible for Huaxing's investment banking business in the Hong Kong stock market, coordinating business strategy and team management, and focusing on providing full-cycle services for pre-listing financing, IPOs and post-listing capital operations for enterprises in Greater China. He is committed to exploring corporate value with deep industry insight and customizing comprehensive solutions for customers; at the same time, by coordinating internal and external resources and strengthening collaboration between investment banks and global sales networks, he promotes the efficient implementation of projects and continues to consolidate the company's leading position in the cross-border capital market.
Mr. Liu Taojiang has over 15 years of investment banking experience. He is a sponsor and merger signatory approved by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission. He is one of the founding teams of Huatai's Hong Kong investment banking business. Prior to joining Huaxing, he worked in the Investment Banking Department of Huatai Financial Holdings. He was the head of the infrastructure and urban services industry department and the head of the Hong Kong M&A business, focusing on overseas listings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of enterprises in the innovative economy. Mr. Liu Taojiang holds a master's degree in global political economy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Liu Taojiang has accumulated rich experience in the field of Hong Kong stock IPO sponsorship and underwriting, equity and convertible bond placement and refinancing, and cross-border and Hong Kong stock mergers and acquisitions, and has created a number of pioneering mergers and acquisitions in the industry, such as H share offer repurchase privatization, mandatory full offer and delisting, etc., setting market precedents. He has deep experience in industries such as chip semiconductors, AI infrastructure, autonomous driving, robotics, new energy, culture and entertainment, and traditional finance and real estate, and has participated in benchmark transactions such as the listing and underwriting of HashKey Holdings, the first batch of licensed digital asset exchanges in Hong Kong, showing a keen insight into cutting-edge technology and financial innovation.
