03:20 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GCP Infrastructure Investment (GCP.L) completed the sale of its 26.5-megawatt Winscales Moor and Burton Wold onshore wind projects in the UK. The transaction includes day one cash proceeds of 10.3 million pounds sterling, tax-related proceeds of 800,000 pounds, and deferred proceeds of 600,000 pounds. The closed-ended investment company said it will use the proceeds in line with its published capital allocation policy.
