03:47 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Minerals explorer Technology Minerals (TM1.L) said Monday that it plans to raise funds through a retail offer on the Winterflood Retail Access Platform. The offer, which is priced at 0.0005 pound sterling per share, will have a minimum subscription of 100 pounds per investor and will end on Thursday. Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used for general working capital, mineral exploration acquisitions, as well as battery metals and critical-resilience opportunities.
