04:39 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Insig AI (INSG.L) said Monday it invested in ATM Labs BV, or 4Mica, a Belgium-based artificial intelligence agent micropayments services company. The data science and machine learning group will invest an initial 300,000 euros by issuing a zero-interest loan instrument due Aug. 31, 2027, to 4Mica, convertible into a 2.94% fully diluted interest in the latter. Insig AI also pledged up to an additional 1 million euros, subject to 4Mica completing a "substantial" fundraising round within 16 months of the loan's completion. The transaction marks Insig AI's first digital asset investment.
