Shares of Eva Live Inc (NASDAQ:GOAI) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a 51% controlling stake in Airbeam Wireless Technologies for $16 million.

Eva Live shares jumped 16.4% to $2.85 in pre-market trading.
