05:11 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coop Norge concluded its 325 million-Norwegian-krone voluntary cash offer for MatvareExpressen (MVE.OL), taking a 97.6% stake in the online grocery and household wholesaler. The buyer received acceptances for a total of 1,184,843 shares in MatvareExpressen, according to a Monday release. It intends to launch a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares at the same offer price of 267.60 kroner per share as soon as possible. Coop Norge will also apply to delist MatvareExpressen's shares from Euronext Growth Oslo.
