(SWC.L) raised gross proceeds of 207,227 pounds sterling by placing 703,160 ordinary shares under its subscription deal with Shard Merchant Capital. The British web design, development and online marketing services company said Monday that 47,449,230 shares are yet to be placed under the 50-million-share subscription agreement, which was announced in December 2025.
