The notice signals the patent authority's intention to approve the patent for the fostrox-plus-lenvatinib combination once the pharmaceutical company completes standard procedural steps, according to a Monday release. The patent - previously obtained in the European Union, Japan, Australia, and Canada - grants protection and market exclusivity until at least April 2041.
