05:49 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lion E-Mobility (LMIA.F) unit Lion Smart Production partnered with Renoc Alternative Energien and Stadtwerke Finsterwalde to establish a company to operate and commercialize a battery energy storage system at the Finsterwalde/Massen site in Brandenburg, Germany. The joint operating company, BESS Finsterwalde Massen Energie, will implement a 5-megawatt battery energy storage system at the site. The partners also plan to undertake additional projects at the site and in the region in the future. The European battery pack manufacturer's subsidiary will manage the project's technical design, system integration and technical operation.
