GLEN ALLEN, Va. (AP) — GLEN ALLEN, Va. (AP) — Dynex Capital Inc. (DX) on Monday reported earnings of $180.8 million in its second quarter.

The Glen Allen, Virginia-based company said it had net income of 80 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 36 cents per share.

The mortgage real estate investment trust posted revenue of $302.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $93.8 million.
