08:31 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Snark BidCo said Monday it completed its public offer for sleep tracking software provider Sleep Cycle's (SLEEP.ST) shares at 24.50 kronor per share. Snark BidCo, an entity controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2), said it secured 79.2% of Sleep Cycle's share capital and votes during the second extended acceptance period, which expired July 17. It added that it will no longer extend the acceptance period. The company said it aims to acquire more than 90% of Sleep Cycle's shares by initiating compulsory redemption proceedings for the remaining shares and to seek its delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm.
