Graycliff Capital Offloads Two Augusta Apartment Communities

Berkadia brokered the sale and financing of two garden-style multifamily properties in Augusta, Georgia: Stevens Creek Commons and Marks Church Commons. Berkadia’s Mike Riley, Ian Shaw, Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter led the sale on behalf of the seller, Haley Real Estate Group. Jake Adoni and Jeremy Lynch of Berkadia’s Philadelphia office secured financing through Freddie Mac on behalf of the buyer, Graycliff Capital Partners.

Stevens Creek Commons, located at 100 Bon Air Drive, comprises 256 units and was built in 1986. The unit mix includes 104 one-bedroom units and 152 two-bedroom units.

Marks Church Commons, located at 1700 Bowdoin Drive, comprises 160 units and was built in 1988. The property consists of 88 one-bedroom units and 72 two-bedroom units.
