CleanSpark Inc. (NASDAQ:CLSK) shares are climbing Monday as Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) pushes to a two-month high and a wave of positive momentum sweeps through crypto-linked and AI infrastructure names alike.

Bitcoin Clears a Key Technical Level as ETF Flows Turn Positive

The session’s catalyst begins with digital assets. Bitcoin has crossed back above its 200-week moving average, a threshold near $63,300 that market participants treat as the boundary between a structurally bearish and structurally bullish regime and briefly touched $65,000 during early Asian hours despite a fresh round of U.S. military strikes against Iran, according to Bloomberg.

Spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $75.7 million in net inflows last week, building on $197.4 million the prior week and marking the first back-to-back positive weeks after eight straight weeks of withdrawals.

A Wave of Data Center Deals is Rewarding the AI Infrastructure Trade

CleanSpark is drawing an additional lift from momentum building across the group. Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ:MSTR) is higher after disclosing it raised $263.5 million through a common stock sale last week without purchasing or selling any Bitcoin, instead directing the proceeds toward building its dollar reserve, a shift that investors are reading as a sign of improving financial discipline. IREN Ltd. (NASDAQ:IREN) is also advancing after the company lifted its year-end AI Cloud annualized run-rate revenue target, reinforcing confidence that demand for AI infrastructure is holding up across the group.

Hut 8 Expands Long‑Term AI Data Center Commitments In Texas

CleanSpark is drawing an additional lift from momentum building across former Bitcoin miners that have repositioned as AI infrastructure providers. Hut 8 Corp. (NASDAQ:HUT) disclosed that it expanded its relationship with an existing investment-grade tenant at its Beacon Point campus in Texas, signing a second 15-year lease valued at $9.8 billion. The new commitment covers 352 megawatts of IT load and doubles the tenant’s total contracted footprint at the one-gigawatt site.

Hut 8’s aggregate base-term contract value across its entire portfolio has now reached $26.6 billion, backed by 949 megawatts of contracted AI data center capacity.

CleanSpark’s Sandersville Lease Draws Fresh Investor Attention

CleanSpark itself announced last week that it struck a 20-year infrastructure lease with a high-investment-grade global technology company at its Sandersville, Georgia campus. The agreement is structured to generate roughly $6.6 billion in contracted revenue over its base term with the potential to reach $11.6 billion if both five-year renewal options are exercised. The deal also grants the tenant exclusivity across nearly 900 megawatts of additional capacity in Texas.

CEO Matt Schultz described the transaction as a defining moment for CleanSpark, marking the company’s transition into a diversified digital infrastructure platform and validating its strategy of acquiring land and power assets ahead of demand. With Hut 8’s latest commitment confirming that appetite for power-ready data center sites remains intense at the institutional level, CleanSpark’s own agreement is drawing renewed investor interest today.
