DNB Bank to Sell Luminor Bank to OTP Bank

11:10 PM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DNB Bank (DNB.OL) said Monday it agreed with OTP Bank to sell its entire 19.95% shareholding in the holding company of Luminor Bank, a banking group operating in the Baltic region. Through its DNB Baltic Invest subsidiary, the Norwegian financial services group is exiting Luminor Holding for undisclosed consideration. Blackstone-managed funds own the majority of Luminor. The transaction will complete DNB Bank's strategic exit from customer-facing banking activities in the Baltic states. Completion is subject to the approval of relevant regulators.
