12:42 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Observit (OBSE.ST) said Monday it agreed to acquire Nordic InSupport Network Video for a fixed purchase price of 66.7 million kronor on a cash- and debt-free basis. The mobile video surveillance company will fund the acquisition through a combination of cash, newly issued Observit shares, and an interest-bearing vendor note. An additional payment of up to 10 million kronor may be made, depending on the achieved annual recurring software revenue in 2027. The transaction is expected to close shortly after approval from Sweden's Inspectorate of Strategic Products.
