12:48 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Norwegian solar power plant operator EAM Solar (EAM.OL) on Monday said Aveleos rescinded its request for a third arbitration proceeding against it. Aveleos, a developer and operator of photovoltaic power plants in Luxembourg, had claimed compensation for legal costs tied to the first arbitration.
