01:42 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pet Service Holding (ALPET.PA) said Tuesday it purchased the business activities in the Netherlands of bankrupt pet products company RHR Concepts. The transaction covered RHR Cat Trees, Dierenvilla.nl, RHRPets.nl, and an extensive international domain name portfolio, among other assets. The acquired businesses will be integrated into the listed pet care company starting in the second half.
