05:27 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lundin Mining (LUMI.ST) temporarily suspended operations at the Caserones mining complex in Chile on July 18 due to heavy snowfall. The miner said in a Tuesday release that the snowfall has limited access and disrupted power at the site, with critical activities being supported via backup generators. Operations are expected to resume after power and accessibility are restored. Lundin retains the full-year production guidance for Caserones. The Candelaria mining complex was also impacted by heavy rainfall, although its mill has continued operating on existing ore stockpiles.
