Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced that its U.S. wholesale brokerage, binding authority and programs division, Risk Placement Services, Inc. (RPS), has acquired Greensburg, Pennsylvania-based W.N. Tuscano Agency, Inc. (Tuscano). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
