09:26 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pentixapharm (PTP.F) will receive gross proceeds of 16.8 million euros through its recently completed rights offering as part of a wider capital increase, according to a Wednesday release. Shareholders exercised subscription rights for the issuance of 9,096,771 new shares. The remaining 1,923,441 unsubscribed new shares will be offered to institutional investors through a private placement in Germany and certain other jurisdictions abroad until July 28, at the subscription price of 1.85 euros per share. The radiopharmaceutical development company plans to use net proceeds for its Panda phase 3 study, further development and expansion into the US market, clinical development, and to bolster manufacturing and supply infrastructure.
