U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 200 points on Wednesday.

Shares of CME Group Inc (NASDAQ:CME) rose sharply following upbeat quarterly earnings.

CME posted second-quarter adjusted EPS of $2.99, beating market estimates of $2.91. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $1.706 billion, topping expectations of $1.685 billion.

CME Group shares surged 6.7% to $253.29 on Wednesday.

• Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ARWR) gained 19.5% to $89.11 after the company announced topline results for the global Phase 3 SHASTA-3 and SHASTA-4 clinical studies met their primary and secondary endpoints.
• Phoenix Asia Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:PHOE) gained 20.3% to $32.00.
• Everforth Inc (NYSE:EFOR) surged 15% to $21.06. Truist Securities analyst Tobey Sommer upgraded Everforth from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $33 to $36.
• Cerebras Systems Inc (NASDAQ:CBRS) jumped 13.2% to $236.05. CrowdStrike and Cerebras Systems announced a strategic partnership to leverage Cerebras’s inference speed for Falcon AI Detection and Response.
• Cango Inc – ADR (NYSE:CANG) gained 11.6% to $1.96.
• Penske Automotive Group Inc (NYSE:PAG) surged 11.1% to $216.76.
• Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp (NYSE:WAB) gained 10.3% to $290.84 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 guidance.
• Vermilion Energy Inc (NYSE:VET) jumped 8.6% to $11.08.
• Kosmos Energy Ltd (NYSE:KOS) surged 8.4% to $2.62.
• Dell Technologies Inc (NYSE:DELL) gained 8.3% to $437.48.
• Corsair Gaming Inc (NASDAQ:CRSR) surged 8.1% to $10.68. Roth Capital analyst Sean McGowan initiated coverage on Corsair Gaming with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $15.
• SK Telecom Co Ltd (NYSE:SKM) surged 7.8% to $34.48.
• Weatherford International plc (NASDAQ:WFRD) jumped 7.7% to $89.73 following second-quarter results.
• Newell Brands Inc (NASDAQ:NWL) gained 6.7% to $5.56.
• RPM International Inc (NYSE:RPM) rose 6.1% to $107.70 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
