10:48 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE.PA, TTE.L) said Wednesday it is reinstating the price cap policy on gasoline and diesel that had been in effect until June. In response to the renewed conflict in the Middle East and rising prices for petroleum products, gasoline prices will be capped at 1.99 euros per liter and diesel at 2.25 euros per liter across all the energy group's service stations in mainland France.
