The Crown Estate has unveiled the largest-ever phase of its West End development pipeline with two major projects at 10 Piccadilly and 21-29 Glasshouse Street that will create 169K SF of new office, retail and hospitality space. At 10 Piccadilly, The Crown Estate will deliver a 91K SF mixed-use redevelopment of the Grade II-listed building that completes the Regent Street curve, facing Piccadilly Circus.
