LANCASTER, Pa., July 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) ("Fulton" or the "Corporation") reported net income available to common shareholders of $99.9 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2026, an increase of $7.7 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, in comparison to the first quarter of 2026. Operating net income available to common shareholders for the three months ended June 30, 2026 was $115.9 million⁽¹⁾, or $0.60 per diluted share⁽¹⁾, an increase of $16.2 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, in comparison to the first quarter of 2026.
