For the three months ended June 30, 2026, consolidated net income was $5,114,000, or $0.61 per diluted share (EPS), as compared to $5,309,000, or $0.64 EPS, for the prior quarter and $5,588,000, or $0.67 EPS, for the same period a year ago. Consolidated net income for the six months ended June 30, 2026 was $10,423,000, or $1.25 EPS, compared to $10,885,000 or $1.31 EPS for the same period of 2025.
