AMG Critical Materials Secures $700 Million of Credit Facilities

12:42 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AMG Critical Materials (AMG.AS) said Wednesday it secured new credit facilities totaling $700 million to refinance existing facilities and for general corporate expenditures. The facilities comprise a new $500 million seven-year senior secured term loan B facility and a $200 million five-year senior secured revolving credit facility. The new facilities will replace the Dutch critical materials company's existing $650 million credit facilities and extend its term loan maturity to 2033 from 2028 and its revolving credit facility's maturity to 2031 from 2028.
