01:47 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) launched the development of the Marsa Al Saadiyat residential community on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The real estate developer said Wednesday the gross development value of the project is 100 billion Emirati dirhams. Sales are expected to commence in the second half, with site enabling and infrastructure works to start in the third quarter.
