02:09 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dassault Systèmes (DSY.PA) said Thursday it agreed to buy enterprise compliance platform ArisGlobal for $1.8 billion in cash. Under the terms of a definitive agreement, the French software company may pay up to $200 million in additional consideration based on multi-year artificial intelligence-related revenue milestones. The deal is scheduled to close in the second half, pending regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. Dassault expects the acquisition to deliver revenue synergies and be accretive to revenue growth and EPS in the first year after completion.
