03:43 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Great Portland Estates (GPE.L) concluded four new leases covering 9,312 square feet at its 16 Dufour's Place, W1 fully managed building in Soho, London. The property company expects the new leases to generate an annual rent of 2.4 million pounds sterling, according to a Thursday release. Great Portland Estates noted that the refurbished space at the building is now 71% let.
