07:03 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kemira (KEMIRA.HE) completed its acquisition of California, US-based ANMAC Water Treatment Service for an undisclosed sum. The deal strengthens the Finnish water industry-focused chemical company's footprint in North America and supports its growth in industrial water treatment services, according to a Thursday release. ANMAC provides water treatment services for preventive pinhole corrosion protection to large residential and commercial buildings. It will be integrated into Kemira's Water Solutions business unit.
