07:08 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission approved the joint control of Humain by Saudi Arabian Oil Co (SASE:2222), d/b/a Saudi Aramco, and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. The regulator said Thursday the deal, primarily related to the development and management of AI technologies and infrastructure, will not raise competition concerns due to its limited impact on the European Economic Area.
