07:20 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish technology and industrial business group Indutrade (INDT.ST) purchased Dutch technical trading and application engineering company Controlin. The target company, which generates annual sales of 12 million euros, specializes in energy management, power management, and industrial automation components and systems, according to a Thursday release. Indutrade will add Controlin to its process, energy and water business area and expects the acquisition to have a marginally positive impact on its EPS.
