(SASE:1303) on Thursday disclosed changes to a major shareholder's stake in the company as part of reorganization of its internal ownership structure. The Tadawul-listed company said it received a letter from AJDA Industrial Services Co., which holds an 18.75% stake, stating that it transferred 42,184,504 of its shares into investment portfolios of affiliated companies.
