05:11 AM EDT, 07/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlJazira Capital remained overweight on United International Holding (SASE:4083), d/b/a Tasheel, as analysts took note of the Saudi digital financial services company's second-quarter results. In a Thursday investment update, the research firm said Tasheel's net profit of 48.2 million Saudi riyals for the three months ended June 30 deviated from AlJazira's forecast and consensus by 23.1% and 24.3%, respectively. Analysts attributed the miss to the company's higher-than-expected operating expenses. "We expect tighter pricing, lower administrative fee income and the removal of promissory notes to weigh on NIMs and asset quality, driving our 2026-30 average NIM and ROE forecasts down to 21.7% and 16.9%, respectively. Nevertheless, we remain constructive on the company's long-term growth prospects, forecasting a 13.7% loan book CAGR and 9.9% net income CAGR over 2026-30," analysts said. The stock has a price target of 41 riyals at AlJazira Capital, reflecting a 37.8% upside.
