On July 23, 2026, the company disclosed the “Correction Notice Concerning the Project Award Notice” (Notice No. 2026-021) and the “Notice Concerning the Successful Bidding for the Project” (after correction). The total bid amount after correction was approximately RMB 15.70539 million. The winning bid amount for the company's project was not disclosed accurately. The erroneous amount was 95,286,600 yuan, accounting for 37.76% of the amount before correction.
The above acts of the company violate the provisions of Article 3 (1) of the “Administrative Measures on Information Disclosure of Listed Companies” (Securities Regulatory Commission Order No. 226).
