06:54 AM EDT, 07/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission approved the acquisition of Germany-based Scholz Group by France-headquartered Derichebourg's (DBG.PA) Derichebourg Environnement. The regulator said Friday the deal, mainly related to the recycling of scrap metals, would not raise competition concerns due to the companies' limited market position.
