08:28 AM EDT, 07/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RIT Capital Partners (RCP.L) accepted for purchase 11,172,560 shares, representing 8.21% of its issued share capital, for 300 million pounds sterling, under its tender offer. The tender offer received valid tenders for 27,839,027 shares, representing 20.5% of the British investment trust's issued share capital, according to a Friday release. RIT Capital Partners said it will now move ahead with the broader package of previously announced capital allocation initiatives following the tender offer's completion.
