Three buildings totaling 706,395 square feet at Legacy Central in Plano have been listed for sale by JLL. The buildings are fully leased to a variety of blue-chip tenants, including Samsung Electronics, Nokia, Freddie Mac and Publicis. Samsung announced last month that it had chosen the offices to be its corporate US headquarters.

The property has a weighted average lease term of 5.3 years. The Dallas Business Journal reports that Regent Properties and Hana Financial are the owners.

Originally built in 1985 as Texas Instruments’ corporate headquarters, the campus underwent a $114 million renovation by Regent between 2016 and 2021.

JLL’s Jonathan Napper, Macki McKim, Bailey Wood and Mike McDonald are marketing the property. No listing price has been disclosed.

The deal comes as Dallas-Fort Worth remains the nation’s top metro for corporate headquarters relocations, according to CBRE.
