Samsung Electronics, Broadcom Enter $200 Billion Technology Partnership MoU

01:16 AM EDT, 07/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Samsung Electronics (SMSN.L) will collaborate with semiconductors and infrastructure software company Broadcom to advance AI infrastructure, as well as memory and foundry technologies. The electronics company said that the five-year memorandum of understanding, worth more than $200 billion, will involve the delivery of its High Bandwidth Memory technology for Broadcom's AI accelerators, according to a July 25 release. Additionally, the partnership will also integrate Samsung's 2-nanometer and below process technologies into its partners' products to boost their performance.
