(SASE:9591) launched the first and second tranches of its 10 million-Saudi-riyal sukuk offering on Monday, according to a same-day release. Both tranches will have an offer value of 1 million riyals each, with the offering period to run until Sept. 9. The minimum subscription, offer price and par value will be 1,000 riyals per sukuk.
