01:17 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DKSH (DKSH.SW) agreed to buy the rights to the oral contraceptive brand Meliane from German life sciences company Bayer (BAYN.F). The Swiss market expansion company said Monday the deal is set to boost its Healthcare Own Brands portfolio and its footprint in the therapeutic market. The transaction is set to conclude in the third quarter, subject to customary requirements.
