02:05 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordex Group (NDX1.F) secured a multi-currency guarantee facility worth 2.48 billion euros, arranged by Commerzbank, Intesa Sanpaolo - IMI CIB Division, and UniCredit Bank. The ESG-linked financing has a five-year maturity period, according to a Monday release. Nordex noted that the wind energy sector uses guarantee facilities as a guarantee for customer projects and other contractual obligations. The German wind turbine manufacturer said the facility is supported by commitments from a total of 15 financial institutions.
