02:51 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 80 Mile plc (80M.L) said Monday that it plans to raise 1.9 million pounds sterling via a placing of 283,581,890 shares. The exploration and development company earmarked the proceeds for its general and administrative expenses, its Finnish and Dundas projects, as well as the relaunch of its Ferrandina plant operations. Admission of the shares to the London bourse's AIM segment is expected on Thursday.
