02:54 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scancell Holdings (SCLP.L) said Monday it raised 2.7 million pounds sterling through an oversubscribed retail offer of 30,004,836 shares. The clinical immuno-oncology company increased the size of the offer from 2.3 million pounds due to high demand. The retail offer shares are scheduled to commence trading on the London bourse on Tuesday.
